The days are warming up and while I love the extra warmth in the air I’m going to have to bid a reluctant farewell to my cosy coats very soon. One baby in particular I will be pining for is my fat faux leopard fur which I’ve worn with just about everything over the cold season. Anyway, I must remember it’s only spring, so here’s how I’m planning to stretch my winter staple into the new season…
Thrown over a lightweight printed jersey makes faux fur instantly casual. And awesomer. Because that’s a word.
Okay so Sienna looks a bit like a bag lady but I love a bit of bag lady cool, so I’ll be digging out the ol’ lace midi and keeping the legs bare.
Plain white tee and blue jeans always looks good, but a leopard print coat thrown over the top makes it all pop.
Denim and leopard print. Can’t possibly go wrong.
My legs aren’t quite ready for short shorts yet, but blue cutoffs over tights and a quirky knit will give a nod to sunnier days ahead.
Bunch the sleeves, flash some ankle – showing just enough skin to start shaking off the winter
